Legal Experience

Brian Wesley is licensed in both California and Texas. After completing law school, he spent two years working in the District Attorney’s Office prosecuting criminal matters. Since then, he has worked exclusively in insurance litigation.  He has handled a wide variety of general liability and subrogation matters of significant exposure and complexity, including products, automobile, and construction cases. He has worked for major insurance companies, including CNA, Fireman’s Fund, and Travelers. He has extensive trial, mediation, and arbitration experience.
