Matt E. Mulkey Matt joined Carpenter & Schumacher in 2010 and focuses on insurance subrogation matters involving personal property. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked for Michael J. Scott, P.C. as an associate attorney where he worked in the civil litigation section and focused on collections. Before attending law school, Matt worked as a senior account representative for Clark Consulting, an employee benefits consulting firm.
