L. MARK McMILLON
Legal Experience
Upon graduating from law school, Mark practiced with the Dallas firm of Grau & Bassett in the areas of construction law, employer liability litigation, general liability, insurance, personal injury, wrongful death defense, transportation law, and premises liability litigation. Thereafter Mark worked in both the Dallas and Collin County offices of Cowles & Thompson working in the tort litigation section. Mark is an accomplished trial attorney with over twenty first chair jury trials. He has also practiced in the areas of business and commercial litigation before coming to The Carpenter Law Firm in 2009.
