Research

The firm utilizes both traditional and cutting-edge technology resources to develop and analyze the legal issues our subrogation clients face. Today, the firm utilizes fully the ever-growing information that manufacturers and other companies post on the Internet as well as general information posted by the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). We receive monthly Recall notices disseminated by product manufactures which contain information important to our clients and their subrogation recovery efforts. Because of the Internet, we are able to communicate with our clients more frequently concerning case status, new developments in the law, and information which effects subrogation recovery.
